How I can help you
Content for small businesses and organisations supporting them
I’ve been writing about and for small businesses and start-ups since 2002 so have built an in-depth knowledge of the issues and needs of entrepreneurial companies and the founders behind them. I’ve also hosted popular podcasts and also run a monthly meet-up for entrepreneurs in Bristol which means I’m constantly up-to-date with what current business owners are talking about.
If you’re a business owner looking to engage new or potential customers or you’re running an organisation that targets small business owners and start-ups, I can create awesome articles, blog posts, podcasts and videos that educate and inspire.
“Dan is an ace when it comes to following and reporting on the stories small businesses need to know and he is superb at distilling a Budget statement so founders can understand the essentials at pace. He’s also great as an event and podcast host as he has the mind of a journalist, i.e. constantly curious.
“Quite simply, one of my favourite people in the small business world.”
Emma Jones CBE, founder of Enterprise Nation and the government’s Small Business Commissioner

Hosting events and podcasts with an entrepreneurial focus
Physical events are a brilliant way to engage your customers or educate and inspire entrepreneurs. I’ve hosted over 50 events; from intimate meet-ups to conferences with an audience of hundreds including events for international brands like Facebook and Xero.
I’m also a big fan of podcasts having hosted Enterprise Nation’s Small Business Sessions as well as lots of online events including social media live interviews, webinars and three live web chats from inside 10 Downing Street.
If you need an engaging host for your event, conference, podcast, webinar or social media live, drop me a line.
